Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProBook Hub and its services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of this website and our services immediately.

• Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to place orders or make transactions.
• Placing an order constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
• These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ProBook Hub.

Definitions

• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual accessing, using, or placing an order through this website.
• "Company," "We," or "Our" refers to ProBook Hub, operating under applicable legal regulations.
• "Services" refer to all writing, editing, formatting, and consultation services offered by ProBook Hub.
• "Order" refers to a request for services placed by a user via phone, email, or through the website.
• "Product" refers to the ebook, manuscript, or any written material delivered to the client based on their order.

Payment and Order Processing

• All orders must be confirmed with a partial or full upfront payment through accepted payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Orders will not be initiated until payment is successfully processed.
• Any outstanding balance must be cleared before the final delivery of the product.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not issued once work has begun.
• If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• In the event of non-compliance with deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client and offer alternatives, but refunds will not be granted.
• If a chargeback is initiated after receiving our services, we reserve the right to take legal action.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

• Upon full payment, clients receive exclusive rights to the final written product.
• ProBook Hub retains the right to use samples or excerpts for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
• We do not guarantee plagiarism-free content unless specifically requested. If plagiarism-free content is required, it must be discussed before placing an order.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate, detailed information regarding their project requirements.
• Any modifications or additional requests made after the project has begun may result in extra charges.
• The client is responsible for reviewing the delivered content and requesting revisions within the agreed timeframe.

Revisions and Edits

• We offer two free rounds of revisions within 14 days of order delivery. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
• Revision requests must align with the original project scope. Significant changes beyond the initial requirements will be considered new work and will incur extra costs.

No Guarantee of Success

•We do not guarantee book sales, publishing deals, or specific results from our services.
•Our role is to provide high-quality writing, but market performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

• ProBook Hub is not liable for any financial loss, reputational damage, or third-party claims resulting from the use of our services.
• We do not assume responsibility for misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorized distribution of the delivered content.
• If a dispute arises, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
• Any sensitive project details provided by the client will be treated as confidential and used only for service fulfillment.

Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client engages in fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms.
• Orders may also be canceled if the client fails to provide necessary materials or engage in communication for an extended period.
