At ProBook Hub, we strive to provide high-quality ebook writing services tailored to your needs. Please carefully review our refund policy, as refunds are only granted under specific conditions. By using our services, you agree to abide by these policies.
While we are committed to customer satisfaction, our refund policy is subject to certain limitations. Refunds are not unconditional and will only be granted if the conditions outlined below are met.
• A full refund is only available before our writers or editors begin work on your project.
• Once work has started, refund eligibility is limited and subject to review based on project status and completion level.
• If the customer approves multiple revisions, no refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order delivery; requests beyond this period will not be considered.
A refund request will not be considered in the following cases:
• A special or custom package was selected.
• The client has requested revisions beyond the initial concepts.
• The client has failed to provide a clear creative brief, leading to delays or unsatisfactory output.
• The client has been unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice.
• The project was put on hold at the client’s request.
• There has been a violation of the company’s policies or specific agreed-upon terms.
• The business is undergoing a name, ownership, or operational change.
• The refund request is based on personal reasons such as:
• A change of mind.
• Disagreements with business partners.
• Financial difficulties.
• If the work meets the documented project requirements but the client is dissatisfied for personal or subjective reasons.
• If the delay in project completion was due to late responses or lack of cooperation from the client.
• If the request is based on minor technical errors (e.g., grammatical mistakes, word count issues, minor formatting problems), these will be corrected through revisions instead of a refund.
We prioritize delivering high-quality work that meets customer expectations. If the final product fails to meet the documented project requirements, we will:
• Offer unlimited revisions until the work aligns with the agreed specifications.
• Reassign the project to a different writer or editor for a fresh perspective.
• Offer additional free pages or credits for future services as compensation.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will only be considered after the client has exhausted all available revisions and the final product still falls significantly below agreed-upon standards. A partial refund may be issued in such cases, based on a mutual agreement.
We strive for on-time delivery but recognize that unexpected delays may occur. If we fail to deliver the service on time due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund, provided that:
• The client has contacted us at least three times regarding the delay.
• Documentary evidence shows the delay was caused solely by ProBook Hub.
• The client has not contributed to the delay (e.g., late response, additional revision requests, missing information).
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Minor delays due to technical errors (e.g., system downtime, minor edits required).
• Delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide necessary materials on time.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated after receiving our services, we reserve the right to take legal action and report fraudulent claims.
• If a refund request is approved, the client must not use any part of the work provided. Any violation of this term may result in legal consequences.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email and clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
• If a refund is issued, ProBook Hub retains full copyright ownership of the delivered work, and the client must not use or distribute it in any form.
